About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Clinical Field Trainer to join our team. This hands-on role is central to the development and execution of impactful training and education initiatives across the organization. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality presentations and supporting healthcare professional (HCP) education through national programs, society meetings, and mobile lab in-services. As a critical bridge between sales and HCP training, you will help shape content strategy, identify educational gaps, and support the field with tools that drive success. This role will also have a hand in training sales team members as a Subject Matter Expert in the therapy and procedure. This role requires someone who can confidently command a room, communicate complex product information clearly, provide clear instruction to others and influence diverse audiences with professionalism and energy. This role requires the need for travel to support HCP education.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Nursing, engineering or other clinical background preferred
  • 3+ years of sacral neuromodulation work experience - medical device strongly preferred and/or experience in education, training, sales, or marketing
  • Previous experience presenting to HCPs & Medical Device professionals
  • Previous training experience, including experience hosting and presenting in person and webinar-style education
  • Experience coaching others effectively
  • Ability to travel up to 60 - 70%

  • Is cross trained on the Bulkamid product or has experience selling Bulkamid
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality work with a high level of integrity
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with healthcare professionals and internal cross functions

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling corporate presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Provide hands-on support at national society meetings, APP programs, mobile lab in-services and sales trainings.
  • Facilitate and support HCP training sessions in coordination with national courses and internal medical education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Development Managers (MDMs) to build and refine targeted training programs.
  • Identify content gaps and contribute to the strategic direction of educational materials and sales tools.
  • Mentor, guide, and support sales team members to enhance their clinical knowledge and selling effectiveness.
  • Act as a field resource and trusted advisor to the sales force, supporting product education and in-field execution.
  • Lead presentations and workshops with confidence, demonstrating exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product innovations, industry trends, and competitor positioning to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful and Subject Matter Expertise is kept to a high level.
