About The Position

At Child & Family Development (C&FD), experienced clinicians join us to elevate their practice, shape emerging professionals, and contribute meaningfully to an interdisciplinary model of pediatric care. Established in 1980, we are Charlotte’s longest-standing private, outpatient pediatric therapy provider with a trusted reputation for quality, collaboration, and clinical excellence. Our integrated team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Specialists, Psychologists, Counselors, and ABA professionals—supported by a dedicated client services team. Mid- and senior-level counselors at C&FD can influence clinical programming, lead case conceptualization, and deepen their expertise in specialized therapeutic modalities. This position will provide comprehensive speech therapy services to clients of C&FD, including but not limited to evaluations and treatment services. Requirements

North Carolina provisional Speech Therapy licensure is required and must be active and in good standing.
Currently live in the Charlotte area or are planning to relocate to the Charlotte area in the next two months
SLP-CF.
Pediatric Speech Therapy: Externship in Pediatrics Required.
