About The Position

Are you graduating in 2026 and looking for a supported, well-structured Clinical Fellowship with predictable pay and flexibility in setting? Mariposa Therapy Services offers school-based and hybrid CF pathways designed to support learning, stability, and long-term growth. CF PATHWAY OPTIONS School-Based CF Full-time school placement IEP participation, collaboration with school teams Predictable schedule aligned with school calendar enjoy summer, fall and spring breaks, and school holidays off Hybrid CF Combination of school + pediatric outpatient Ideal for CFs who want broader clinical exposure while maintaining income stability Caseload & schedule designed intentionally (not random or pieced together) Growth Beyond the CF Year: Our goal is for you to progress into CCC-SLP positions after your fellowship year, with: A pay increase A review of preferred work setting (school, clinic, hybrid) as you transition into your CCC role SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP Structured CF program aligned with ASHA requirements (1-on-1 SLP mentor) CF cohort model — you are not the only CF Ongoing access to clinical leads and development support Collaborative, therapist-led environment (speech, OT, PT) What Makes Mariposa Different Women clinician-led organization with leadership that understands therapy work Thoughtful caseload building — not productivity-at-all-costs Emphasis on sustainability, communication, and support Dedicated Development Director (15+ years clinical experience) who supports CFs beyond one-on-one SLP mentorship — helping with the day-to-day how-to of the job Many CFs choose to stay long-term after their fellowship year Location & Start Phoenix metro area- positions available across the East Valley, Central Phoenix &West Valley.
