About The Position

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow seeking a dynamic and collaborative work environment? Strides Therapy & Educational Services is a well-established interdisciplinary private practice that specializes in providing comprehensive speech and language services to individuals of all ages. Our team consists of Speech Language Pathologists, Speech Language Pathology Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Special Educators. We are currently seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, evidence-based care . Feeding, Bilingual (English/Spanish), and/or AAC experience preferred but not required. The candidate must be available to work after school hours. A typical week's schedule will include working 3 days from 10-7, and two days from 8-5, with one of the earlier days on Friday. Every day includes an hour lunch break. CFYs can choose to be scheduled up to either 75% or 81% productivity at max capacity. Given our average cancellation rate, typical productivity would be about 68% to 73%. Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Maryland state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Working toward ASHA certification through the Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Dedication to providing culturally competent and client-centered care.

Nice To Haves

  • Feeding, Bilingual (English/Spanish), and/or AAC experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in private practice or outpatient settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing and documentation practices is a plus.
