About The Position
The University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) Retzky College of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice is seeking a full time Clinical Faculty (Open Rank)/Clinical Pharmacist, Coordinator of Specialty Care Building (SCB) Pharmacy. This position is responsible for organizing, supervising, directing, and evaluating the duties and functions performed by pharmacists, technicians, residents, and students to ensure the provision of accurate, efficient, and appropriate patient care, drug distribution, and medication therapy. The coordinator provides operational, quality, and compliance oversight. The Retzky College of Pharmacy at UIC, with campuses in Chicago and Rockford, is the #1 college of pharmacy in the state of Illinois and the #15 college in the US ranked by US News & World Report.
