About The Position
Acentra Health is hiring Clinical Evaluators (PASRR) to join our growing and dynamic team! As a Clinical Evaluator on our Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring individuals receive the right care at the right time. By conducting face-to-face assessments in Dodge City, Kansas, and its surrounding areas, you will conduct PASRR Level II assessments to determine appropriate placements and next levels of care for individuals with complex needs. Your primary focus will be completing clinical evaluations for individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), Intellectual Disabilities (ID), or Related Conditions (RC) across nursing homes, hospitals, and community-based settings. These evaluations are crucial in determining the next level of care, improving patient well-being, and supporting better health outcomes. This PRN hybrid role offers flexibility and purpose, combining remote work from your home office with local travel as needed. All travel expenses—including mileage and parking are covered and reimbursed by Acentra Health. In addition, Acentra provides all necessary technology and equipment for your home office, including a laptop for use in the field.
