About The Position
The Clinical Educator designs, implements, and evaluates education and training programs for faculty and staff. Using simulation and evidence-based education theory, this role develops curriculum, facilitates instruction, and leads clinical simulations to enhance competency and professional growth. The Clinical Educator conducts learning needs assessments, consults on educational interventions, and develops reliable assessment tools to measure learning outcomes. Through data analysis, they ensure program effectiveness and alignment with institutional goals. Collaborating with leadership and faculty, this role advances education initiatives that drive clinical excellence and improve patient care.
