About The Position

The Clinical Education RN is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs to support clinical staff competency, professional development, and regulatory compliance. This role serves as a subject matter expert, mentor, and facilitator for nursing and allied health education across the organization, ensuring excellence in patient care through evidence-based practice and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN license in Texas.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recent clinical experience in acute care nursing.
• Basic Life Support through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• Advanced Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days of hire
