About The Position

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the Clinical Educator is responsible for coordinating and conducting nursing professional development and education services for staff in clinical areas. The Clinical Educator facilitates employee development through support of various nursing initiatives and ongoing communication and collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three (3) years recent bedside or clinical nursing experience
• Recent experience using Microsoft Office products
• Current Registered Nurse license with eligibility to work in the state of Missouri
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Recent clinical education experience in an acute care setting
• Specialty nursing certification
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC
