Requirements

Individuals with or without prior experience (for entry-level roles)
Providers holding relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., BCBA, SLP, OT, PT, LCSW, Psychologist)
Students or graduates in related fields (education, psychology, therapy disciplines)

Responsibilities

Providing direct services to children with developmental, behavioral, or medical needs
Delivering therapy or instruction in home, school, or community-based settings
Completing required session documentation and progress notes
Collaborating with families, supervisors, and interdisciplinary teams
Supporting individualized treatment, education, or care plans
Maintaining compliance with program, Medicaid, and regulatory standards
