Performs outcomes analysis of current programs to determine needed modifications to content to enhance patient outcomes, staff performance, clinical competence and professional development. Teaches, develops and mentors through a broad range of activities that lead to the development and implementation of a professional practice model. Leads in the planning, implementation and evaluation of new systems/processes as they impact staff competency in the delivery of patient centered care. Facilitates an environment that values and enhances research, knowledge and professional development.
