About The Position
Provides strategically-aligned clinical education/training/orientation and simulation and achieves outcomes consistent with organizational performance objectives. Determines stakeholder needs and develops innovative learning opportunities through clinical education and simulation training. Implements monitoring tools and quality training protocols and ensures that organizational standards are met.
