About The Position

As a Clinical Education Manager (CEM), you bring clinical knowledge and expertise to the assigned franchise sales team. The CEM partners with Ecosystem partners, customers and patients to increase their knowledge and understanding of the assigned GNE brand(s); their benefits and use as these pertain to the relevant therapeutic area/disease state and approved indication(s). You recommend opportunities to increase account knowledge of GNE brand(s). You actively participate in local clinician groups and provide training and education sessions regarding GNE brand(s) and their approved indication(s). This is a field-based role that will cover Oregon. It is preferred that candidates must live in Oregon for consideration. Relocation Benefits are not available for this role.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or a Clinical degree (RN, BSN or RT, or PharmD).
  • Have previous clinical experience directly supporting patients.
  • Have 5+ years of field-based experience in patient services/reimbursement/pharmaceutical.
  • Possess strong communication skills including public speaking and presentation experience.
  • Have knowledge and adherence to HIPAA guidelines, FDA requirements, and internal compliance guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Have clinical experience in the NeuroImmunology or Respiratory therapeutic area.
  • Have previous work or sales-specific experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Ecosystem partners, customers, and patients to increase their knowledge and understanding of assigned GNE brand(s).
  • Recommend opportunities to increase account knowledge of GNE brand(s).
  • Participate in local clinician groups.
  • Provide training and education sessions regarding GNE brand(s) and their approved indication(s).
  • Use approved training/education materials.
  • Partner with Therapeutic Area Managers by attending periodic account meetings to further increase account knowledge of GNE brand(s).
