About The Position

As the Clinical Education Consultant, you will lead education and training for healthcare professionals, and clinical partners using Empatica’s Parkinson’s solutions. Following Empatica’s recent acquisition of PKG Health , this role is key to enabling the effective adoption of advanced neuro-monitoring technologies across healthcare institutions, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and scalable care beyond traditional hospital settings for people living with neurological conditions. Working closely with clinical, customer support, and product teams, you will:

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, at Empatica we focus less on years of experience and more on talent
  • Medical or clinical background (specialization in neurology is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and experience working in Parkinson’s disease care, neurology, or movement disorders
  • Demonstrated experience in education, training, or professional development within a healthcare or research setting is a plus
  • A passion for technology and innovation

  • Solid technical and practical expertise in leading complex operational and strategic projects

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training on neurological conditions and patient monitoring for healthcare professionals and clinical partners globally
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing education for staff involved in Parkinson’s care and patient monitoring
  • Lead education that supports the effective use of Empatica’s wearable technology and digital biomarkers
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality training as Empatica expands its neurology capabilities following the PKG Health acquisition
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter resource for education and best practices in neurological monitoring
  • Collaborate with clinicians, other healthcare professionals, and external partners across hospitals and other healthcare institutions
  • Ultimately, improve patient outcomes by strengthening staff expertise in Parkinson’s care and research
