About The Position
The Clinical Education and Excellence specialist plays a critical leadership role in the design, implementation, and sustainment of educational and performance improvement initiatives across the Inspira Medical Group (IMG) and Urgent Care. This position supports the advancement of high-reliability, evidence-based care by creating educational content, organizing and development of educational programs like preceptorship, and supporting best practices in clinical operations. The Clinical Education and Excellence specialist will work collaboratively with operational and clinical leadership to ensure organizational alignment, compliance with regulatory standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.
