What you’ll do: Provides clinical leadership for Pharmacy Services, develops, plan, implement, and evaluates clincial pharmacy programs with emphasis on improved drug utilization, decrease cost of hospitalization and/or improved patient recovery. Accountability for the day-to-day clinical practice management as well as long term planning. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred
  • PGY1 Pharmacy Practice or equivalent experience required
  • PGY2 or equivalent experience required
  • Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois required
  • Board Certification (BCPS) in Specialty Area required
  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical leadership for Pharmacy Services
