About The Position
Chart prep work, document scanning and quality assurance of the medical record.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Less than one year in a hospital medical record setting
- Ability to work and meet deadlines in a production environment.
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Basic computer skills and good organizational skills required.
- Hand-eye coordination/manual dexterity with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Demonstrate ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain high productivity.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years in a hospital medical record setting
- Chart analysis/completion experience preferred.
