About The Position

The Clinical DME Supervisor at Enovis is a leadership role focused on enhancing patient care in the orthopedic sector through effective management of Field Service Representatives (FSRs). This position is integral to driving compliance and profitability within the Field Services portfolio, ensuring that the team delivers exceptional patient outcomes while adhering to regulatory standards. The role requires a strong leader with a background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and a passion for patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience in the orthopedic industry.
• Previous experience effectively managing people is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading remote teams and/or teams across multiple locations is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Holds and maintains applicable professional credentials such as active Athletic Training licensure, BOC, ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics, or Physical Therapy Certification.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage the activities of direct reports to improve organizational metrics through individual development.
• Provide training to new FSRs on company policies, processes, and proper functional brace measuring and fitting.
• Analyze trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in financial, quality, and compliance outcomes.
• Support and manage the profitability of existing accounts.
• Serve as the primary source of account coverage for qualifying absences under the Field Services FSR Coverage Policy.
• Collaborate with FSRs and local Sales Representatives to identify opportunities for introducing new products and managing new account launches.
• Adhere to all compliance and ethics programs, government healthcare regulations, and HIPAA requirements.
