Central Connection is a Division of Central Clinic Behavioral Health and is known as the "front door" for Hamilton County residents who need connection to mental health and/or substance use treatment. Central Connection's primary mission is to provide a standardized entry to a system of care that ensures that services are available, accessible and of high quality. Reporting to the Program Director the Clinical Director provides clinical leadership for Central Connections behavioral health services. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, ethical, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements. The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight, staff development, quality assurance, and collaboration with key stakeholders in support of the Central Clinic's vision, mission and core values.
