About The Position

The Clinical Director works within an interdisciplinary team intended to provide intensive, frequent, wrap-around services to individuals who have a diagnosis of serious and persistent mental illness. The Clinical Director is responsible to oversee all supervisory requirements of the team, all treatment operations of the team on a day-to-day basis and have a thorough working knowledge on the status of each person served. The Clinical Director can skillfully delegate treatment needs in accordance with individualized goal areas of each persons served. The Clinical Director conducts intakes in partnership with the Psychiatric Providers on the team. The Clinical Director is responsible for monitoring program and client specific outcomes for TMACT, CARF, Hennepin County Contractors/partners, and DHS. The Clinical Director also carries a small direct service caseload. SpringPath Mental Health Services assists individuals with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric disorders which result in functional impairments in traditional day-to-day life activities. Our services focus on developing social skills, developing coping skills, being an active participant in the local community, offering community choice, and psychoeducation. We help individuals develop skills and access resources needed to live more positive, active and social lives.

Requirements

  • Licensor as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist required.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting a variety of clinical assessments to monitor persons served goal areas and functioning on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads the team meeting M-F.
  • Carries out interventions in the community and effectively communicates each interaction to the team in daily team meetings, as well as in the electronic health record.
  • The Clinical Director is responsible for providing outcome data to stakeholders and participate in evaluations of ACT/FACT fidelity and quality assurance.
  • The Clinical Director is part of crisis response at the lowest level of escalation, engages in risk mitigation and harm reduction practices.
  • The Clinical Director also participates in a rotation of on-call shifts.
