The Clinical Director will support the Site Director of MCI Services in developing and implementing goals for the CBHC MCI program, ensuring compliance with leadership functions, clinical and administrative oversight, data monitoring, reporting, and patient quality of care activities. This role involves assisting in policy development, monitoring patient care, developing staff training, establishing quality management programs, providing supervision to clinical supervisors, and offering direct services to patients.
