Requirements
- Active Clinical license such as LCDC, LPC, LCSW , or equivalent license (in good standing).
- 2+ years of supervisory or operational experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or healthcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in behavioral health or business administration.
- Experience with EHR systems (BestNotes preferred)
- Knowledge of substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and 12-Step recovery models.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and residential staff.
- Lead daily team meetings and oversee program operations.
- Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions.
- Manage assessments, treatment plans, and discharge coordination.
- Audit charts and ensure documentation compliance.
- Maintain staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory readiness.
