Epiphany Wellness is seeking a Clinical Director (Senior Clinician) to lead our clinical operations and contribute to our mission of providing excellent patient care. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical staff, develop and implement clinical programs, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Requirements

  • Advanced degree from an accredited institution in a clinical field such as Psychology, Social Work, or similar.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and preferably 2 years in a management role. (LMHC or LICSW REQUIRED
  • Experience with Clinical Supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health services and program development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in crisis intervention and ethical decision-making.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferably certified in CPR and familiar with emergency medical procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical staff and ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical programs and interventions.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to align clinical services with organizational goals.
  • Manage clinical training and development programs for staff.
  • Monitor clinical department expenditures.
  • Serve as a key liaison to external partners, including community agencies and healthcare providers.
