About The Position

Directly manages all operational and clinical activity related to the assigned facility or territory Supervise, develop, and train all clinical staff, Assistant Clinical Director, supervising BCBAs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians, in day-to-day operational activities on an ongoing basis to monitor their performance Supervising all case management of clinical cases within designated facility or territory on a regular basis, monitoring client supervision, staff support, parent trainings, etc. Maintain clinical requirements for client supervision of caseload/assigned billable hours. Assist, coordinate, and direct ongoing staff training, as necessary Coordinate assessments completion by the Assistant Clinical Director, Supervising BCBAs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Consultants as appropriate upon clinician call outs, PTO, etc. Coordinate with other teams as needed to ensure clinical coverage necessary to maintain a safe and productive workplace throughout the week Work with Regional Clinical Director to ensure all needs of a given facility or territory are met Ongoing review of supervision and parent training completed to support each case, etc. Maintain client and with policies and procedures manual Prepare evaluations to staff, as necessary with Human Resources and Regional Clinical Director Independent caseload planning for assigned facility and/or territory on an ongoing basis to ensure appropriate caseload assignment for Assistant Clinical Director, Supervising BCBAs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Consultants. Maintaining a flexible schedule throughout that week to support the clinical team and the changing needs of the assigned facility/territory

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure
  • Open and flexible availability
  • At least 3 years experience within the ABA field or working with children with disabilities
