Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
Experience level dependent on candidate
Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy
Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leadership style
Passion for building teams and developing clinicians

Leadership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Launch and oversee daily clinic operations
Maintain a full outpatient caseload
Lead, mentor, and develop PTs and PTAs
Ensure high-quality care across orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro rehab
Build and sustain a strong clinic culture
Drive clinic growth through community outreach and performance optimization
Manage staffing, scheduling, and key performance metrics
Collaborate with ownership to build a high-performing clinic
