FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Humble, TX is seeking a Clinical Director (DPT) to help launch and lead a new outpatient clinic. Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Texas PT license (or license-eligible)
  • Experience level dependent on candidate
  • Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, neuro, and balance therapy
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leadership style
  • Passion for building teams and developing clinicians

Nice To Haves

  • Leadership experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Launch and oversee daily clinic operations
  • Maintain a full outpatient caseload
  • Lead, mentor, and develop PTs and PTAs
  • Ensure high-quality care across orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro rehab
  • Build and sustain a strong clinic culture
  • Drive clinic growth through community outreach and performance optimization
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with ownership to build a high-performing clinic
