About The Position

Clinical Director (On-Site | Gresham, OR) This position is 100% onsite in Gresham. No remote or hybrid work options available. Lead with Heart. Grow with Purpose. Position Details Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, approx. 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Additional: Must be willing to take Administrator-On-Call (AOC) rotation for evenings/weekends. Salary Range: $96,263 – $118,919 per year, commensurate with experience and regional differentials.

Requirements

  • Active Oregon license as a Mental Health Practitioner (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.)
  • 2+ years post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting
  • 1+ year in a leadership role (inpatient or outpatient)
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Services
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Experience working with individuals managing both mental health and substance use challenges

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire a clinical team dedicated to recovery-oriented care.
  • Provide Supervision to clinicians and team members, guiding performance and professional development.
  • Champion Clinical Quality by ensuring best practices, compliance, and documentation excellence.
  • Collaborate Across Systems with community partners, counties, and referral sources to strengthen service delivery.
  • Drive Growth and Innovation by helping shape program strategy and continuous improvement efforts.
