Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states, offering an evidence-based clinical curriculum and highly individualized care. Townsend Recovery Center, part of the Avenues family, is a residential facility providing drug and alcohol medical stabilization and inpatient rehabilitation services. Requirements

Current licensure necessary to practice as clinical director in Louisiana (PsyD, LCSW, LAC, LMFT, LPC etc.)

Nice To Haves

Master's degree (or higher) in related field
5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/ residential setting
3 years' experience in chemical dependency/ dual diagnosed clients

Responsibilities

Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
