Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
- Valid dental license in Maryland
- Proficiency with Patient Management software
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, and treatment planning skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to associate dentists
- Maintain high standards of care, documentation, and compliance
- Support treatment planning consistency and case acceptance strategies
- Partner with practice leadership on growth, quality assurance, and clinical protocols
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and patient-focused culture
