About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Director to join our team and lead our clinical services. Position Summary: The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of our organization, ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and extensive experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Clinical Director will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, developing and implementing treatment programs, and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and COBA certification are required.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a BCBA.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.

Nice To Haves

  • Pupil Services Licensure through the Ohio Department of Education is preferred, but not required upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Conduct assessments, analyze data, and monitor client progress.
  • Ensure all clinical services meet the highest ethical and professional standards.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment.
  • Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and implement best practices.
  • Oversee clinical operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
