About The Position
Clinical Director – Outpatient Clinic | Seven Fields, PA FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Seven Fields is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic. Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible)
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader
- Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain a full patient load 45 minutes sessions. 12-15 per day.
- Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs
- Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture
- Track and report key performance metrics
