About The Position

The evolvedMD Clinical Director has the exciting opportunity to build and grow evolvedMD’s innovative mental health brand in an emerging market. Responsible for overseeing both clinical operations and business support, this individual will serve as General Manager and represent evolvedMD in both the clinical and business communities. A proven clinician with an entrepreneur’s mind, this passionate professional, in tandem with evolvedMD leadership, will build and coach a clinical team, drive new business development, and create community partnerships while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the market. Equal parts Brene Brown and Sheryl Sandberg, this role will require a dynamic individual equipped to not only impact the people of Texas with a world-class approach to behavioral health but also lead the in-market expansion of one of America’s fastest growing companies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field with eight plus (8+) years relevant experience , including providing clinical services to patients in an outpatient or primary care setting, providing clinical supervision, and managing teams of behavioral health clinicians.
  • Active independent licensure and in good standing with the appropriate state Board of Behavioral Health, including the ability to provide clinical supervision.
  • Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results.
  • Proven experience optimizing resources to execute a plan, including fiscal, human capital and other types of resources.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations including management, stakeholder engagement, and all activities required for market success.
  • Build brand visibility and exposure via strategic partnerships and community engagements while representing company on local and social media.
  • Source, screen, and interview Behavioral Health Manager (BHM) candidates and other clinical and non-clinical staff in local market.
  • Lead staffing planning, employee engagement, professional development and coaching.
  • Cultivate leads and initiate early sales meetings with target customers in the local market, paving the way for evolvedMD’s Sales team to build a local ecosystem of customer accounts
  • Guide customer launches, manage ongoing customer deliverables, optimize customer implementation, and continuously engage clinical staff to ensure overall success.
  • Build relationships with customers, clients, and community.
  • Lead team of Clinical Managers to ensure clinically and economically successful outcomes across all customer sites.
  • Research, vet, and build a local network for referral partners, including community mental health, psychiatry, specialized therapy, etc.
  • Develop short and long-term plans and continency plans to ensure that customers and patients receive consistent care.
  • Drive patient engagement and quality clinical metrics.
  • Work in partnership with all Clinical Directors to ensure consistency of services across regions while collaborating with Care Coordination Manager to ensure timely and quality services for patients, as well as connectivity between team members.
