About The Position

Clinical Director provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for all clinical services within the program. This role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, and evidence-based care for participants while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and best practices. Clinical Director supervises clinical staff, direct service professionals, guides program development, and collaborates with internal and external partners to advance the organization’s mission. In addition to the summary above position may include Program Director duties that includes being responsible for the overall administration and oversight of all assigned program(s) within an assigned state. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the provision of participant services, personnel management, and budget management. Ensuring staff adhere to current job description, providing direct supervision to staff, and ensuring overall budget is met, documentation follows regulations, and all billing and collections are managed effectively and efficiently. Also includes being responsible for the development of additional programs state-wide and business relationships with state officials

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Must be Licensed Practitioner with valid active license in good standing in their specific state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • 5-7 years of clinical experience, including supervisory or leadership roles.
  • 3-5 years of experience in youth services, community programs, and/or program development.
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in human services, youth development, child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, education, or related.
  • Proven experience in supervising and delivering behavioral health services.
  • Background in home and community-based service provision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Proficient with computers and technology relevant to program management.
  • Strong leadership abilities and commitment to service excellence.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus.
