Hour Children (HC) is an organization founded to help incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women and their children successfully rejoin the community, reunify with their families, and build healthy, independent, and secure lives. Hour Children provides compassionate and comprehensive services that approach work in an anti-discriminatory, inclusive environment and are committed to HC's standards of justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. This position oversees psychotherapy, crisis intervention, care coordination, and counseling skills of counselors serving individuals identified as women residing in HC's ten residences. Supervise the mental health team and residential staff, provide clinical support and treatment oversight, and develop new services/programs to meet the needs of HC clients.
