This is a hands-on leadership role — not just oversight, but mentorship and clinical partnership. Licensed RN with current Oklahoma licensure. Hospice or home care experience (supervisory experience preferred). Strong in pain and symptom management. Grounded in hospice philosophy — comfort, dignity, autonomy, quality of life. Requirements
- Licensed RN with current Oklahoma licensure.
- Hospice or home care experience (supervisory experience preferred).

Responsibilities
- Review referrals and assess eligibility in collaboration with the Medical Director.
- Assign, support, and mentor interdisciplinary clinical staff.
- Conduct home visits, record reviews, and case conferences to ensure high-quality care.
- Guide clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals and individualized plans of care.
- Lead QAPI and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
