About The Position

The Clinical Director (RN) at Liberty Health Care Center is responsible for overseeing clinical services with an interdisciplinary team. This role involves coordinating physician services and working directly with floor nurses to ensure hands-on care is provided effectively. The Clinical Director will assist in ensuring that the nursing department delivers consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. Additionally, this position is responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities, and patient care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. This is a hybrid role that combines responsibilities of a charge nurse and upper nursing management.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• 5 years minimal clinical nursing experience
• Knowledge of MDS and current Federal and State regulations for LTC
• Current RN license to practice in the State of Ohio
• CPR Certified

Responsibilities

• Oversee Clinical Services with interdisciplinary team
