Requirements

• Current RN licensure in state of practice if Clinical Director is an RN.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of supervisory and/or management experience in home health setting or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Three years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, one year of which must be full time employment in direct patient care in a home health setting if designated as clinical manager.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.
• Coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Overseeing the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients, and supervising their total home health care.
• Implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhancing the profitability of the agency and engaging with the team to assure the quality of services delivered.
