About The Position

The Clinical Director of Safe Harbor Services reports to the Director of Safe Harbor Services and is responsible for the supervision, and development of the clinical staff. The Clinical Director will have direct oversight of two AOBH Social Workers, and two Community Based Caseworkers delivering Safe Harbor Services at the Children's Center NYC.

Requirements

• LMSW Required
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in child welfare and residential preferred
• Ability to function successfully on interdisciplinary treatment team
• Driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal skills including ability to successfully manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

• Experience and training in Commercially Sexually Exploited Children, Safe Harbor, and Human Trafficking preferred
• Training and/or experience in implementing Dialectic Behavioral Therapy or other Trauma Focused therapeutic models preferred
