We are hiring for a full-time Clinical Director RN with Home Health Experience in Arlington. Salary: $82000 to $88000 per year. Additional Short Term Incentive Bonus Available. Requirements

• Must have current RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One year of supervisory and/or management experience in home health setting or related health care setting preferred.
• Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• Must have at least one (1) year experience as a registered nurse within the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.
• Coordinating and completing assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long-range objectives of the company.
• Overseeing the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients, and supervising their total home health care.
• Implementing and maintaining administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhancing the profitability of the agency and engaging with the team to assure the quality of services delivered.
