This hybrid leadership role maintains 27–30 treatment hours per week while owning clinical standards, mentorship, and department performance. Raise the Standard. Lead From the Front. About Our Practice We are a 100% cash-based outpatient orthopedic practice serving active adults 40+ who want to avoid pills, injections, and surgery. Our model includes: 1:1 patient care Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT) as our core evaluation framework Structured mentorship and ongoing clinical development A culture of accountability and performance A focus on long-term outcomes beyond symptom resolution Integration of Pilates-based rehab and regenerative technologies (Shockwave + EMTT) We are growing and strengthening our systems - and we need a clinical leader who can protect and elevate our standards as we scale. Clinical Director Responsibilities Maintain 27–30 hours of patient care per week Lead by example in clinical reasoning, diagnosis, and plan-of-care development Own department-level clinical KPIs and outcomes Monitor and improve plan-of-care completion and package conversion metrics Lead structured case review and ongoing clinical training Mentor and develop clinicians through 1:1 coaching Conduct performance conversations and hold accountability when needed Build and refine clinical SOPs and training systems Serve as the practice’s “Chief Training Officer” as we prepare for future expansion Partner with the Founder & CEO to align clinical performance with business growth Leadership in this role remains grounded in patient care.
