The role also includes developing and implementing implant-related programs to enhance patient care and business results, assisting with continuing education program development, and participating in doctor programs. The individual will support the evaluation and implementation of new patient care implant technologies and collaborate with various departments to establish successful doctor retention strategies. Monitoring revenues and expenditures for assigned practices to meet budgeted profit targets related to implant procedures is also a key responsibility.
