Additionally, the position emphasizes providing in-office and in-region support to doctors and practice teams, ensuring the highest standard of patient care and practice productivity. The role also includes developing and implementing implant-related programs to enhance patient care and business results, assisting with continuing education program development, and participating in doctor programs. The individual will support the evaluation and implementation of new patient care implant technologies and collaborate with various departments to establish successful doctor retention strategies. Monitoring revenues and expenditures for assigned practices to meet budgeted profit targets related to implant procedures is also a key responsibility, along with identifying underperforming practices and partnering with doctors to implement improvement plans.
