Additionally, the position requires advising dentists and clinical team members on appropriate implant treatment plans based on unique patient needs, providing support to doctors and practice teams, and developing implant-related programs to enhance patient care and practice productivity. The role also includes participation in continuing education program development and presentation, supporting the evaluation and implementation of new patient care implant technologies, and collaborating with various departments to establish successful doctor retention strategies. Monitoring revenues and expenditures for assigned practices to meet budgeted profit targets related to implant procedures is also a key responsibility.
