About The Position

Pinnacle Senior Living is seeking confident, results-oriented leaders for its Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) program. This program offers extensive training and work experience to equip individuals with the knowledge necessary to operate and drive results as a Clinical Director at one of their affiliated assisted living facilities. The CDIT is responsible for becoming familiar with assisted living standards of practice, achieving proficiency across all community departments, assisting in overall community operations, and completing required training hours for certification or licensure. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop leadership and business management skills while making an immediate impact on residents and the community. Pinnacle Senior Living is a dynamic organization in the rapidly expanding Independent and Assisted Living industry, operating 52 communities across 6 states, with a focus on setting industry standards. These communities operate independently with support from a "Service Center" team.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills encompassing one-on-one as well as group presentations
  • Flexibility and adaptability to allow for the unexpected in meeting resident or staff needs
  • Demonstrated skill in interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff
  • Current LVN/LPN/RN unencumbered Nursing License for your state of operation
  • Current license/certification as required by the regulatory bodies governing the community
  • Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or health care

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience in the health care environment strongly preferred
