Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Florida
- Minimum 3 years of current nursing experience as an RN
- Pediatric experience required
- 1+ year of home health experience
- Supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of home health regulations a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide overall clinical leadership and direction for home care services in full compliance with state and federal regulations
- Oversee and coordinate patient care, including assessments, care planning, recertifications, and discharge planning
- Supervise and support clinical staff, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service excellence
- Participate in quality assurance, performance improvement (QAPI), and compliance initiatives
- Partner with the Branch Director on staffing, recruitment, and professional development of the clinical team
- Conduct home visits, oversee training and competency for Home Health Aides, and manage client concerns with professionalism and care
