Come save lives. Come grow with us. The Clinical Director will supervise and provide leadership to clinical managers and all clinical staff. They are fully responsible for the quality of clinical care delivery to our patients as well as patient satisfaction. The Clinical Director will also be responsible for helping to drive the site'(s) growth working in collaboration with marketing and operations and for managing the site(s) fiscal responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Graduate Degree in a Mental health field
  • For Colorado locations licensed as Eating Disorder Treatment and Recovery (EDTR) - Clinical Licensure to practice medicine and/or behavioral health services in the State of Colorado.
  • For Colorado locations licensed as Eating Disorder Treatment and Recovery (EDTR) - Clinical Licensure to practice medicine and/or behavioral health services in the State of Colorado.
  • 5+ years of working with mood, anxiety, Eating Disorders and/or trauma related disorders.
  • An understanding of clinical treatment of mood, anxiety, Eating Disorders and/or trauma related disorders.
  • If working at an Eating Disorder location, must have 5+ years of experience working specifically with Eating Disorders as well as an understanding of the clinical treatment of such disorders.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) in a supervisory role must have a college degree as well as a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a childcare setting.
  • Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) must:
  • be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or
  • be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under the supervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Up to 25% travel

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to the clinical team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members. Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties.
  • Provides leadership for clinical services, including defining and refining the clinical service model. Ensures ERC Pathlight treatment philosophy is cohesively presented throughout the program. Provides counseling and facilitates group activities as needed.
  • Continuously monitors delivery of services and care for quality, effectiveness and compliance. Participates with Executive Management to ensure quality of services. Establishes systems that supports efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Identifies and implements strategy for assigning patients to therapists, 10%
  • Develops and implements training protocols. Trains and assists staff in setting individual goals and objectives.
  • Ensures clinical department’s compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission.
  • Acts as a liaison to other internal departments and to the larger community of Professionals.
