Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the field of ABA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with individuals with autism
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and treatment methodologies
  • Experience in conducting assessments and managing treatment interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a team effectively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and coach behavior analysts and RBTs in their clinical practices
  • Conduct ongoing training and professional development programs
  • Monitor client progress and collaborate with families to support effective outcomes
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure best practice implementation
  • Maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
