Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Current and active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the field of ABA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working directly with individuals with autism
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethics, and treatment methodologies
- Experience in conducting assessments and managing treatment interventions
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and ethical practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and coach behavior analysts and RBTs in their clinical practices
- Conduct ongoing training and professional development programs
- Monitor client progress and collaborate with families to support effective outcomes
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and ensure best practice implementation
- Maintain records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
