About Us Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team. Position Overview The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across our Sagamore and Norton locations. This role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight to ensure consistency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery. You will support and develop BCBAs, provide structure to the clinical team, and partner with leadership to ensure strong staffing, performance, and client outcomes. Requirements

BCBA certification required
Ohio COBA certification required
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
3–7+ years of experience as a BCBA
Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practices
Ability to lead, communicate, and hold others accountable
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience mentoring or leading clinical staff preferred
