About Us Peak Potential Therapy is a growing provider of ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental needs. We focus on high-quality, individualized care and building strong relationships with families and our clinical team. Position Overview The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations across our Sagamore and Norton locations. This role combines clinical leadership with administrative oversight to ensure consistency, accountability, and high-quality service delivery. You will support and develop BCBAs, provide structure to the clinical team, and partner with leadership to ensure strong staffing, performance, and client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight to BCBAs and RBTs Support BCBAs in caseload management, clinical decision making, and problem solving Oversee staffing needs, scheduling alignment, and team coverage Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching Ensure consistency in clinical standards, supervision, and documentation Monitor key performance indicators related to clinical quality and team performance Support hiring, onboarding, and training of clinical staff Partner with leadership on operational and clinical strategy Assist in managing escalations with families or staff when needed Maintain a reduced caseload as appropriate What This Role Is and Is Not ✔ A true leadership role with influence over clinical quality and team development ✔ A balance of clinical involvement and administrative responsibility ✔ An opportunity to build structure and improve systems ✘ Not purely administrative with no clinical connection ✘ Not a corporate middle management role removed from care ✘ Not a role without accountability or ownership Qualifications BCBA certification required Ohio COBA certification required Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field 3–7+ years of experience as a BCBA Prior experience mentoring or leading clinical staff preferred Strong understanding of ABA principles and clinical best practices Ability to lead, communicate, and hold others accountable Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000 based on experience Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development support Leadership development and growth opportunities Collaborative and mission-driven environment Who This Role Is Ideal For A BCBA ready to step into leadership and support other clinicians Someone who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and building team culture A professional who values structure, accountability, and high standards Someone looking to grow into a long-term leadership position Peak Potential Therapy is an equal opportunity employer.
