About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and support our clinical team in Columbia, MD.
Our mission is to help children with autism build independence, confidence, and meaningful life skills — while supporting families every step of the way. The Clinical Director provides clinical oversight, mentorship, and leadership to BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians while ensuring high -quality, ethical ABA programming across settings where services are delivered.
This is a full -time, Monday–Friday leadership role.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Eligible for Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to ethical, family -centered ABA practice

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of BCBA experience
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or program oversight experience
• Experience mentoring and developing clinical teams

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
• Ensure quality, fidelity, and best -practice ABA service delivery
• Mentor and develop clinical staff through coaching and supervision
• Support ethical caseload management
• Partner with families and caregivers through collaborative planning
• Monitor treatment outcomes and ensure accurate documentation
• Maintain payer and regulatory compliance
• Contribute to strategic planning and program development
• Promote a positive, professional, mission -centered culture
