As a Clinical Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with significant behavioral and clinical needs. Requirements
- High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with significant behavioral needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform PMT interventions as needed.

Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral supports to individuals with significant clinical needs
- Follow individual support plans under the direction of a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data
- Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment
- Intervene appropriately during behavioral or emergency situations using trained PMT techniques
- Communicate promptly and professionally with team members, families, and supervisors.
