As a Clinical Direct Support Professional, you’ll provide hands-on support to individuals with significant behavioral and clinical needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with significant behavioral needs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
  • Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform PMT interventions as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy and behavioral supports to individuals with significant clinical needs
  • Follow individual support plans under the direction of a BCBA
  • Collect and record accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment
  • Intervene appropriately during behavioral or emergency situations using trained PMT techniques
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with team members, families, and supervisors.
